When LeBron James decided to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers, we expected the duo of James and Kyrie Irving to be a fun one and for the Cavs to elevate to the top of the Eastern Conference. Then the Cavs traded top pick Andrew Wiggins and others in a package to axquire Kevin Love from the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Immediately, NBA fans and bloggers started having visions of Love-to-LeBron outlet passes. Those who followed the NBA knew what Love could do to set up teammates in transition. James is an absolute beast in transition–among the best ever. It’s a match made in basketball heaven.
So it should come as no surprise that LeBron’s first points back with the Cavaliers came on a Love outlet.
But it didn’t stop there. Later in the game, Love found LeBron for a full-court outlet that made it more than easy for him to score. You can watch the play below:

LeBron is known for helping set up teammates and put them in position to be effective, but Love has a knack for that too. The more these guys get used to playing with each other, the more we should see plays like this.
