Seattle Seahawks (-15.0) vs. Oakland Raiders

The Seattle Seahawks will win this game, but don’t you think 15 points is just a little overboard?

Since blowing out the Green Bay Packers 36-16 on opening night, the Seahawks haven’t won a game by more than 10 points, and that win came against the Washington Redskins in Week 5.

Seattle averages 25 points a game while the Oakland Raiders put up 15 on average, which is partly why I like the Raiders in this one given the spread.

Greg Bishop of the MMQB recently wrote about Seattle’s offensive struggles and shed some insight on the Percy Harvin and Marshawn Lynch situations, both of which seem to be affecting the Seahawks’ flow on offense.

Derek Carr and James Jones have a good thing going and I think their connection, combined with Andre Holmes’ emergence, is enough to keep this one close enough–or at least under a 15-point difference.
