The Florida State Seminoles avoided an upset last night against Louisville, but some players may have played their way up NFL Draft boards with over a dozen GMs in attendance.

It was said that last night’s game between the Florida State Seminoles and Louisville Cardinals was hyped as the most scoutable game of the college football season — more so than the Senior Bowl or any other postseason bowl game.

Proof of this was seen in who attended the big game in Kentucky. The story of the game seems to be the comeback win by the Seminoles, but the real story is that close to a dozen NFL scouts attended the game. ESPN’s Adam Scheffer reports the list of general managers who decided to show up and scout out the players on the field with their own eyes.

There are some interesting names here to consider, especially with recent rumors that Jameis Winston’s stock could be rising. But beyond the Noles quarterback, NFL scouts have had eyes on a number of different players on both sidelines of the game last night and it’s no surprise at all that the game received the NFL attention it did.

The only question is, will attention received in middle of the fall still be there when draft boards become more finalized in the spring?
