Alaska – Tony Romo

Alaska has no NFL team, so this was kind of open to any team possible. We saw that the St. Louis Rams sold more jerseys in Alaska than any other team, but they didn’t provide the most popular player’s jersey in the state.

Nor is it the Seattle Seahawks, the closest NFL franchise to the state, who are also incredibly popular coming off the franchise’s first Super Bowl win.

In stead it is the quarterback of America’s team, Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys. Interesting choice given the amount of people who think the error-prone Romo is overrated, including Cowboys fans at times.

Also interesting, this is the only state where Romo’s jersey is the most popular, which means he isn’t the most popular player in Texas.
