Mississippi State Bulldogs‘ running back Josh Robinson ran a three-yard touchdown in to cut the Arkansas Razorback’s lead to 10-7 in tonight’s college football SEC action.
The Mississippi State Bulldogs are currently one of the teams favored to make the first ever college football playoff, but they are having a bit of trouble tonight with Arkansas. They were trailing 10-0 before finally getting on the board thanks to a three-yard touchdown run from star running back Josh Robinson.

Robinson has been one of the most consistent running backs in the nation, and he has complimented quarterback Dak Prescott very well. He is one of the more powerful backs in the nation and runs down the field like a bowling ball. That being said, the Bulldogs are going to need much more production from Robinson and their offense to move to 8-0 on the season, but they have shown in the past that they can come out on top in close games.
Needless to say, losing this game tonight would likely end Mississippi State’s quest for the number-one seed. They might not even be able to recover in the playoff race if they fall tonight, but there is a lot of football left to be played. Robinson is one of the leaders of the Bulldogs’ offense, and perhaps getting into the end zone will motivate the team and help carry them forward.
