Earlier this season, some of the harshest criticism came from hip hop artist Snoop Dogg.
“F–king weak-ass offensive coordinator couldn’t even get 10 yard, man. F–k,” Snoop Dogg said in one of his hilarious Instagram videos.
As it turns out, Haley has actually had those words find their way back to him thanks to his kids, but he isn’t sweating it. Instead, Haley laughed off the comments when he finally responded during a recent conversation with the media.
“My kids keep me informed on Snoop Dogg,” Haley said, via NFL.com. “They said he has 11 million followers. So I’ll follow the old Jerry Jones rule: All publicity is good publicity.”
How great is that?
Sure, Snoop Dogg is a fan of around one third of the professional sports teams in the United States, but his words for Todd Haley were among the most critical. Instead of feeling down after being targeted by one of the brilliant minds on the rap scene, Haley just brushed the hate off.
That’s being a G, folks.
