Bret Bielema has yet to win a game in the SEC as the head coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks, and he’s looking to break that streak in a big way on Saturday night as his team is only trailing 17-10 against the top team in the land, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, in the fourth quarter.
Mississippi State has not been their usual dominant selves in this one, obviously, and it’s now to the point where it could potentially end their ranking as the No. 1 team in the country. Heisman hopeful Dak Prescott has struggled a bit tonight. He’s just 16-of-24 at time of posting for 289 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.
Running back Josh Robinson has 63 yards on 16 carries with a score.
Arkansas, on the other hand, has played maybe one of their best games all year to this point. Running back Alex Collins has been phenomenal on the ground once again, with 12 carries for 84 yards and a score. Brandon Allen is 15-of-28 for 127 yards.
There is still a long way to go in this one, and Arkansas is not out of it just yet. If they can keep the ball moving on the grounf, what they do best, then the upset is not out of reach just yet.
