Arizona Cardinals mock the Dallas Cowboys after defeating them by singing Wiz Khalifa’s “We Dem Boyz” in the locker room.
Once upon a time, the Dallas Cowboys were the class of the NFL. They went to four straight NFC Championship games and won three Super Bowls, of course that was the early 90s and 20 years ago.
During that early 90s run, the Cowboys had a dynamic head coach in Jimmy Johnson who coined the phrase “how ’bout them Cowboys.”
That saying has become a slogan for the Cowboys over the year, and as the Cowboys started the 2014 season with a 6-1 record, at one point holding the best record in the league, a new variation of that saying emerged.
The Cowboys and the fans started embracing Wiz Khalifa’s song “We Dem Boyz.”
Celebrity Cowboys fans embraced it as well, like Jamie Foxx.

And LeBron James.
The Cowboys are now on a two-game losing streak, dropping a Monday Night Football game to the Washington Redskins and third string quarterback Colt McCoy. On Sunday they lost to the Arizona Cardinals, who at 7-1 have the best record in the NFL.
After the game, the Cardinals used the Cowboys own chant to mock them.
From Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News:
"Following Arizona’s 28-17 victory at AT&T Stadium, one of the Cardinals yelled the common refrain to the song: “Hol up, hol up.”Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson finished the line, “We dem boyz!” and added “Yeah, we dem boyz!”"
Could be karma for Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant doing the same thing earlier in the season with the New Orleans Saints and their “who dat” line.
