Kyrie Irving of the Cleveland Cavaliers enjoyed the tense atmosphere of his team’s game this week and wanted to know if that is what an NBA playoff game feels like.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will play most of their games in an entirely different atmosphere this season. It will be nothing like what they have gotten used to in previous seasons now that LeBron James has returned home to Cleveland. It will be an upset anytime that the Cavaliers play a game that is not nationally televised.
Just two games into their 2014-2015 season, and already the Cavaliers have played two intense games against high-profile competition. They lost their opening game to the New York Knicks and then defeated the Chicago Bulls in their second game this past Friday night in overtime.
Both games were intense, and on Friday night against the Bulls, that atmosphere led young Kyrie Irving to ask a simple question.
Is this what it’s like to be in the playoffs?
Specifically, that question got picked up during ESPN‘s “Wired” segment, as Irving asked for some veteran wisdom from Mike Miller.
With a guy like Irving, who has been in the public eye for so long now, it can be easy to forget just how young he is. As a reminder, Kyrie Irving is 22 years old. This is a young man who still has yet to see a lot of things in his career, including his first playoff appearance.
We were all reminded of that fact hearing this sound clip of a conversation between Irving and a veteran teammate.
