The 16th meeting between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady this Sunday will feature not only a vintage matchup but some vintage weather conditions as well.
When Tom Brady and Peyton Manning meet, it’s always a spectacle but this Sunday may feature some throwback weather to go along with the throwback matchup. Already weather conditions are getting rough for the game as there are whiteout conditions just hours before kickoff later this afternoon and things aren’t looking like they’re getting any better.

ESPN sent Sal Palantonio out to Foxboro to report from the game, but when he came on camera for Sunday NFL Countdown, the conditions behind him were hard to ignore.

If you think ESPN was playing up the weather effects, meteorologists around the area are reporting that things are bad and getting worse.

The latest weather reports indicate that tempratures are going to be in the mid-30s at kickoff with winds reaching up to 40 mph. That’s good for fans who like to see vintage football conditions but it’s bad for fantasy owners and for both Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.
If these conditions keep up, the running games for the Patriots and Broncos will be what we see a majority of today, as passing in a blizzard — even when you’re dealing with Brady and Manning — is a tall order.
