Terrell Suggs Takes Cheap Shot To LeGarrette Blount’s Knee (Video)

In one of the worst cheap shots you’ll see, Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs went right after the knees of Steelers linebacker LeGarrette Blount. 

Everyone knows that the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens have one of the more heated rivalries in the NFL, but in their battle on Sunday night, Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs took things absolutely too far.

Things have been pretty chippy in this one between the two teams, as it usually is, but in the third quarter things got dangerous, thanks to Suggs.

Watch in the video below as Suggs, with malicious intent, comes directly back to the play and tries to severely injure the knees of Steelers running back LeGarrette Blount.

That is something that should never, ever happen in the game of football, and the person behind the Faux John Madden twitter account is exactly right with the analysis of the play.

It’s fun to watch two teams that hate each other go at it on a football field, that’s what makes the game of football what it is at times. But there are some lines that you just don’t cross, and Suggs crossed that tonight with his actions on Blount.

The only good news out of this is that Blount was not seriously injured on the play.
