Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki was seen bleeding during his team’s game against the Boston Celtics, and it didn’t slow the NBA veteran down one bit.

The Dallas Mavericks have basically been dominating the Boston Celtics the entire game. I’m not sure how Dirk Nowitzki started bleeding, maybe he got hit by Jared Sullinger, or maybe he’s so hot his blood is like lava and literally exploded from his head. That’s possible, right? I mean, Dirk started the game 5-for-5 for 16 points, including 4-4 from beyond the arc.

That’s pretty hot.

You can see the Dirk and all his blood in the video below:

It’s like he doesn’t even care!

There is something about a tall, blonde German draining mid-range jumpers that is just culturally and physically imposing. But add blood coming out of the guy’s face and you have something that only Kendrick Perkins would be dumb enough to cross.

The Dallas Mavericks have been impressive early in the season and look like contenders in the Western Conference. Thanks to the ever-consistent Dirk, the scorer Monta Ellis, the addition of Chandler Parsons and the return of Tyson Chandler, the Mavs are improved from last season and certainly in play for a deep playoff run.
