Here are the top five backcourt pickups for week 2:

1. player. 100. In the short term, Sloan makes by far the best pickup as he plays massive minutes for the Pacers in their injury-depleted backcourt.  He contributes pretty solid numbers across the board and can give you assists which are always hard to come by on the wire.  So far this season, Sloan is averaging over 35 minutes a game and getting 6.0 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 14.0 points.  He isn’t going to blow you away with any one category of his production, but as long as his minutes stay this high, he’ll give you steady across-the-board production as a do-it-all PG.. 10.2% Owned. Indiana Pacers. Donald Sloan

player. 110. Cole continues to start at point guard for the Heat although he won’t reach the assist and rebound numbers you can get from Sloan. Cole is a streaky shooter and when he gets it going he can give you plenty of points and three-pointers. So far this season, he’s averaging just 12.7 points but did have a great opener agains the Wizards with 23 points before tailing off in his last two games.  As long as he stays at the starting point, Cole has a chance to get hot and fill it up on any one night making him an intriguing option in favorable matchups.. 15.8% Owned. Miami Heat. Norris Cole. 2

player. 79. Harris is still coming off the bench for the Mavs, but he’s contributing some solid numbers leading the second unit for a very strong Mavericks team.  He’s averaging just under five assists a game and has scored at least 12 points and grabbed a steal or two in every game the Mavs have played.  He’s a solid bargain option in daily leagues and can be used as a roster-filler for assists and solid scoring.. 3.9% Owned. Dallas Mavericks. Devin Harris. 3

4. player. 24. If you don’t need assists, but you can use more of a SF/SG flex role, check out Dunleavy who is playing big minutes for the Bulls.  Eventually he may lose some of his workload to Doug McDermott or Nikola Mirotic, but for now he can contribute some solid lines.  His best game of the season was almost a triple-double against the Cavs finishing with 14 pointe, nine rebounds, eight assists, and adding a pair of blocks.  Dunleavy will have his ups and downs, but the veteran will have some nice games and contributes in a wide variety of categories.. 4.2% Owned. Chicago Bulls. Mike Dunleavy

38. If all you need is scoring, Fournier is worth a look after putting up 39 in his last two games.  He dropped 21 against Washington on Thursday and is getting almost 30 minutes a game in the Magic rotation as he picks up some of the slack due to the Victor Oladipo injury.. 2.2% Owned. Orlando Magic. Evan Fournier. 5. player
