As the fantasy football season turns the corner and heads toward the finish line, there are still options emerging from week-to-week as offenses change and evolve and players get injured and step into new roles. Here is a quick rundown of the top Fantasy Football week 9 sleepers:

Quarterback

More from Arizona Cardinals

Carson Palmer-Arizona Cardinals: Palmer has thrown multiple touchdowns in every start this season and has at least 249 yards passing in each of those five games.  On Sunday, he three three scores against the Cowboys completing 22 of 34 passes and totaling 249 yards.

Mark Sanchez-Philadelphia Eagles: Sanchez came on in relief of Nick Foles and led the Eagles to a win throwing for 202 yards, two yards, and two interceptions.  He makes an interesting pickups in dual-QB leagues if he takes over for the Eagles while Nick Foles recovers from his injury.

Running Back

Jeremy Hill-Cincinnati Bengals: Hill went off against the Jags as he filled in for the injured Giovani Bernard.  Hill had 24 caries for 154 yards and a pair of touchdowns while adding a nine-yard reception.  He carried the mail for Cincinnati on Sunday, and showed he can be a main.

Denard Robinson-Jacksonville Jaguars: Robinson continues to be a solid as a starting running back for Jacksonville and should be owned in all formats.  He had 94 yards rushing and ten yards receiving while finding the end zone on a five-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Tre Mason-St. Louis Rams: Mason was the clear lead back for the Rams and produced with 65 yards on his 19 carries.  Whether he’ll stay in the role is the big question since Jeff Fisher doesn’t seem quite ready to give him all the work in the backfield.

Terrance West-Cleveland Browns: West got 15 carries on Sunday against the Bucs compared to just 10 for Ben Tate.  West only caught one pass, but it went for two-yard touchdown. He picked up 48 yards, but the significance is that he got more work than Tate and could lead the backfield committee going forward.

Wide Receiver

Percy Harvin-New York Jets: If someone in your league gave up on Harvin after his trade from Seattle, he may be worth a look after a big game for the Jets in his second week in New York.  He was targeted a team-high 13 times and caught 11 passes for 129 yards although he didn’t get into the end zone.

Martavis Bryant-Pittsburgh Steelers: Bryant continued to contribute to the Steelers suddenly potent passing attack and has a total of five touchdowns in his first there NFL games after two more on Sunday night.  Bryant had three catches for 44 yards but continues to be such a big red zone factor that he has to be considered for fantasy league pickups.

Mike Evans-Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Evans caught a pair of touchdowns against the Browns hauling in seven passes for 124 yards.  He was the primary weapon at receiver for Tampa and could be a huge pickup if he’s on your league’s waiver wire.

Allen Hurns-Jacksonville Jaguars: Hurns reemerged with a pair of touchdowns catching seven passes for 112 yards as Jacksonville gave the Bengals all they could handle at home.

Tight End

Mychal Rivera-Oakland Raiders: Rivera was targeted a team-high 11 times in the Raiders loss to the Seahawks.  He hauled in eight of those passes and scored both of the Raiders offensive touchdowns even though he only totaled 38 yards.

Travis Kelce-Kansas City Chiefs: Kelce found the end zone again this week as part of his four catches for 67 yards. He has four catches in each of the Chiefs last three games and continues to get more and more involved in the Chiefs offense.

Charles Clay-Miami Dolphins: Clay has been stepping up lately after a slow start.  He had five catches for a team-high 65 yards and a touchdown against the Chargers as he continues to emerge as an option for Ryan Tannehill in the passing game.

Chase Ford-Minnesota Vikings: Ford has had a couple of good games but could lose his job to Kyle Rudolph.  He’s shown a decent connection with rookie QB Teddy Bridgewater, but he’s still a longshot pickup at this point.
