Foles will not require surgery to repaid the fractured clavicle, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, but he is expected to be out six-eight weeks, which could sideline him for the remainder of the regular season is the projection is on the longer side as opposed to a six-week recovery.

Mark Sanchez replaced Foles on Sunday and overcome a pair of interceptions in his first regular season game action in more than a year after missing all of last season following surgery to repair his labrum.

Sanchez was 15-of-22 passing with 202 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions as he led the Eagles to the win and now he’s responsible for keeping the team atop the NFC East standings until Foles comes back, which may not be until the first round of the playoffs, provided Sanchez can take this team to the postseason.

Foles has completed 59.9 percent of his passes for 2,163 yards and 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions, a far cry from the 27:2 ratio he had in his breakout season last year.
