The Ohio State Buckeyes are the favorites to win the Big Ten this year as they prepare for their toughest opponent in Michigan State on Saturday

Urban Meyer, J.T. Barrett and Joey Bosa are preparing for Ohio State’s biggest test of the year when they travel to East Lansing to take on the Michigan State Spartans on Saturday in what should be the Big Ten game of the year and could decide who is the favorite in the Big Ten.

According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, the Buckeyes will be victorious on the road against the Spartans and go on to win the Big Ten Championship Game. Ohio State has a 39 percent chance to win the Big Ten championship with Michigan State in second place with a 27 percent chance.

Ohio State and Michigan State have identical 7-1 records and both are tied for the lead in the east with 4-0 records. Wisconsin and Nebraska have the best chances of representing the east in the Big Ten Championship Game with a 20 and 12 percent chance, respectively, to prevail and win the championship game.

However, all eyes are on the top two teams from the east in a rematch of last year’s Big Ten Championship Game won by Michigan State as they earned a berth in the Rose Bowl where they defeated Stanford and Ohio State went to the Orange Bowl where they lost to Clemson.

Even College GameDay will be in attendance for this Big Ten affair as the loser will likely find themselves out of the conference title picture and most definitely out of the College Football Playoff picture.

Who do you think wins on Saturday? Ohio State or Michigan State?
