College Basketball: 2015 Bob Cousy Award Preseason Watch List Revealed

The 2015 Bob Cousy Award Watch List was unveiled on Tuesday, the award which recognizes the top point guard in the country when the season is over. 

College basketball season in right around the corner, which means it’s time to start taking a look at who some of the best players in the country may be at their respective positions. On Tuesday we got a look at who might be the best point guard in the country with the release of the Bob Cousy Award Watch List.

The Bob Cousy Award recognizes the efforts of the best point guard in the nation, and there are some very viable candidates on the list before this season gets underway.

For example, you’ll see the name of Duke’s Quinn Cook on the list, who averaged 11.3 points and 4.4 assists per game last season for the Blue Devils. This season he’ll be asked to take on more of a leadership role as Duke looks to get back to the top of the ACC.

Speaking of the Dukies, also on the list is the talented Marcus Paige of North Carolina, who averaged 17.4 points and 4.3 assists for the Tar Heels and head coach Roy Williams.
