Braxton Miller had the perfect response for a Michigan State linebacker that suggested his backup might be the better option under center for Ohio State.

Braxton Miller will not be on the field this Saturday night when the Ohio State Buckeyes take on the Michigan State Spartans in the biggest Big Ten game of the year, but that doesn’t mean he’s free from the trash talking.

Michigan State’s Taiwan Jones had some pretty harsh comments for the injured Buckeyes quarterback, noting that he believes J.T. Barrett is actually better than the former Heisman contender.

Well, Miller was not just going to sit there and take the abuse. Nope. Braxton went on his twitter account and had a pretty solid response for the shot.

Well, there you have that.

Miller was set for what seemed to be yet another Heisman-contending season for Ohio State before suffering another shoulder injury right before the year began, effectively ending his season. He will be able to return next season, and as of recently, he plans to be back in Columbus next season.

However, Jones may have had a point, because Barrett has been one of the more improved signal callers in the nation this year, and some people other than Jones are of the belief that Barrett may really be the better option.
