USC Trojans quarterback Cody Kessler appears to be leaning towards returning to school for his senior season and he’s recruiting his fellow juniors to do the same.
Cody Kessler has worked out nicely for the USC Trojans, but there are some questions about whether he will be able to succeed at the next level due to his lack of elite arm talent.

That may be a discussion we can table for at least another year, with recent comments from the redshirt junior quarterback indicating he is leaning towards a return to school for his senior year of eligibility.
In fact, Cody Kessler admitted during a recent local radio interview that he is recruiting his fellow juniors to return to school so next season can be a huge success.
“We have a lot of underclassmen that are really athletic and have been playing together for a long time, and have really gotten to know each other,” Kesler said, via The Beast 980.
“My goal right now is to make sure everybody comes back next year. That’s where my mind is at right now. I want to make sure everybody comes back so we can be successful.”
Those certainly sound like comments from a player who is not even considering the jump to the NFL.
Of course, a lot can change and a few discussions with the NFL Draft Advisory Committee could change some things — as could decisions from fellow junior players — but for now Kessler appears to be committed to finishing out his collegiate career with the Trojans.
