It may have taken Phoenix Suns’ swingman Gerald Green some time to carve out a role in the NBA but he’s been known as a big time leaper and dunker for some time.
He proved that once again in the Suns’ 112-106 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday night. Green took a perfect pas from Isaiah Thomas and threw it down.
In the game, Green was excellent. He had 26 points on 11-of-19 shooting and grabbed three rebounds. Thomas had 22 points on eight-of-16 shooting, dished out nine assists, grabbed three rebounds and had three steals.
Kobe Bryant led the Lakers with 39 minutes on 14-of-37 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds.
