Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison did push ups in a workout with center Maurkice Pouncey sitting on his back.
In case you were wondering, NFL linebackers are really strong. That goes doubly so for workout freak James Harrison, who recently put his muscular proficiency on display when he did push ups with center Maurkice Pouncey planted firmly on his back, per the video below that had been posted to teammate Marcus Gilbert’s Instagram.
Video is NSFW for the song playing at the time and some shouted background vulgarity so look both ways before clicking.

Remind us all to avoid James Harrison when he’s in workout mode. That is an NFL center firmly planted on Harrison’s back with zero support elsewhere and Harrison is all like, “Hop on, (expletives)!” Now if only he could run as fast as he can lift.
Harrison has seen a resurgence in his career since returning to the team that made him a star. He’s had four sacks in six games this season and has helped a struggling Steelers defense find its feet in the wildly competitive AFC North, which the Steelers lead by a thin margin.
