We rank each of the NFL divisions from worst to the best.

There was a great deal of shifting with regard to teams and their public perception in Week 9 of the 2014 NFL season.Of course, that is usually the case on a weekly basisĀ somewhere across the league, but this particular slate of games seemed to create a lot of upheaval in some prime markets, and that makes for interesting mid-week conversation.

Last week’s rankingsĀ should provide some reasonable context for where we were just a week ago, but in the same breath, this is a fluid league and that should be noted anytime there is an attempt to evaluate widespread tendencies.Ā In this space, we will once again break down all eight divisions, and the bottom and top of the heap remain unchanged while the middle flips on its ear.

Let’s unveil the list, beginning with the league’s worst and ascending from there.
