Bill Simmons and Mike Golic have resolved their issues, according to the Mike and Mike co-host.

Bill Simmons and Mike Golic have made up, so everything is alright in the world again.

The co-host of ESPN Radio’s Mike and Mike tweeted out that he and the Grantland editor-in-chief are “good” after talking it out.

The beef started with Golic denouncing Simmons saying on ESPN Radio’s The Herd that LeBron James’ early season struggles with the Cleveland Cavaliers reminded him “a tiny bit” of Albert Pujols’ decline after signing with the Los Angeles Angels.

The Big Lead transcribed Golic’s comments:

"“I think it’s one of the most ridiculous statements I’ve heard four games into a season in my life in any sport,” said Mike Golic. “That’s what I’ll say about Bill Simmons. So, you know, he grabbed a headline, which is something I know he loves — and that’s one of the most ridiculous lines I’ve ever heard in any sport in my life. Four games into a season. I don’t even … that’s ridiculous.”“I put nothing — ZERO — on that,” Golic finished."

Simmons, perhaps the most popular personality at ESPN, then unleashed on Golic to his 3.04 million Twitter followers.

While all appears to be well between Simmons and Golic, it remains to be seen if all is well between Simmons and his ESPN bosses.
