The 2015 NFL Draft is still a few months away, but who ranks highest on Ryan Phillips’ Big Board this week?

The 2015 NFL Draft has what should be an absolutely loaded class. While it’s still months away from happening that doesn’t mean scouts and NFL execs aren’t fretting about getting their picks right.

This week’s Big Board has some movement in it, and a few new faces. Check out last week’s edition here. Bear in mind that these spots could shift wildly as the next few months unfold and if a player you were looking for missed the cut, that doesn’t mean he wasn’t considered. Anyone can jump up with a great, eye-catching performance any week if it causes me to go back and rewatch tape and re-evaluate them.

This week saw guys like DeVante Parker, Alvin “Bud” Dupree, Randy Gregory and Leonard Floyd make big jumps up the board. Check out the full scouting reports and my rankings on the following pages.
