Baylor Bears vs Oklahoma Sooners
The No. 12 Baylor Bears and No. 15 Oklahoma Sooners will face off in a crucial Big 12 matchup in Week 11 of the college football season. With Baylor at 7-1, a victory here would keep them firmly in the hunt for a berth in the College Football Playoff. Already with two losses, Oklahoma likely won’t be among college football’s final four, but a win here would allow them to keep their slim chances alive.

Keys to Victory
Oklahoma needs to do what it does best and run the football. With quarterback Trevor Knight emerging as a rushing threat lately, the Sooners need to rely on his and Samaje Perine’s legs to win this one. On the other side of the ball, they must pressure Baylor quarterback Bryce Petty in hopes of slowing down the Bears’ dynamic offense.
For Baylor, they need to let Petty air it out in this one. Oklahoma has had trouble stopping the pass this season (108th in passing yards allowed per game), setting the stage for a big day from Petty. Defensively, Baylor will have to continue playing strong rush defense. The Bears have allowed 99.9 rushing yards per game to this point of the year.

Prediction
This one is going to be a shootout. Both of these teams have outstanding offenses and they should go tit-for-tat with one another all game. However, Oklahoma has the important home-field advantage and a slightly better defense, so they get the edge in this one.
