The Cleveland Cavaliers are trying to get things back on the right track Friday night against the Denver Nuggets, and so far early on, things are going pretty well. Although, near the end of the opening quarter, they almost lost Dion Waiters thanks to a move that Darrell Arthur probably regrets.
Near the end of the first quarter, Arthur pulled a move that no one on a basketball court should ever pull and his night is over because of it.
Watch in the video below as, when Waiters was driving the lane, Arthur just blatantly shoves him right out of mid-air and Waiters crashes hard to the floor.
There was absolutely no questioning this one, that was flagrant. No doubt about it whatsoever. And because of that, Arthur was sent to the locker room by the referees and he could maybe expect to be paying the NBA office some money this week.
There’s just simply no room in the game for any acts like this, and you can only hope that Arthur can keep his head on straight going forward.
