Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Trevor Knight was having a bad day in what ended up being a blow-out loss to the Baylor Bears Saturday, but things got worse when he got injured in the fourth quarter.

At the beginning of the fourth quarter, Knight was sacked in an ugly play and was down for quite some time before eventually being carted off the field. He was scene moving a little bit, and gave the reassuring thumbs up. You can watch the play below:

It wasn’t a pretty scene, but a group of Baylor players joined Knight’s twin brother in a heart-warming gesture to pray for the injured quarterback.

Knight completed 12-of-27 passes for 146 yards, two touchdowns and an interception before leaving the game. At the time, the Sooners were down 41-14 after starting the game up 14-3. Now the focus will be on the health of the sophomore quarterback. Stay with FanSided.com for the latest updates.
