Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger noted recently that aside from the team being on a hot streak on the field, so is offensive coordinator Todd Haley.

Over the course of the last two weeks, no quarterback is hotter in the NFL than Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Two straight games with six touchdown passes more or less speaks for itself in that regard.
But for as well as he and the rest of his offensive unit have been executing on the field, Big Ben wants everyone to know that they’re not the only ones that are feeling it right now.
So is the man that’s calling the plays for them, offensive coordinator Todd Haley.
“He’s in a groove right now,” Roethlisberger said via the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “Obviously, we have to execute what he calls but … I’ve heard other coordinators talk about it, it’s like a player when you’re just feeling it somehow. I don’t know what it is, but you’re just calling the right plays at the right time.”
The Steelers offense, in two straight wins over the Colts and Ravens, has been playing on a whole other level, and it has taken a bit of the heat off of Haley who has taken his fair share of criticism over the past couple years.
Pittsburgh, Roethlisberger and Haley will look to see if they can keep the momentum rolling this weekend when they take on the New York Jets on the road.
