 Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin and Glen “Big Baby” Davis got a little too close on the court Saturday against the Portland Trail Blazers.

You hear all the time how the 82-game NBA season is a marathon. It can also be a roller coaster, if you would prefer to use another cliche. Over the course of a season, a team will go through many ups and downs. As a matter of fact, teams go through ups and downs during individual games. Teams and opponents go on runs, players have hot and cold streaks and fans ebb in and out of cheering like maniacs and clamping the edge of their seats.

The Los Angeles Clippers and Portland Trail Blazers game on Saturday was like this. The Clippers looked absolutely terrible in the first half before oiling the gears and getting back into the game after half time. The Clippers ended up winning the roller coaster game, and emotions got high.
