Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio took a very bold step and guaranteed a win over the Buckeyes yesterday, and Connor Cook threw a 15-yard touchdown to Keith Mumphery to open up the scoring at 7-0. There is no question that the Spartans are the favored team to win tonight, but Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes aren’t going to go down without a fight. Needless to say, there is a lot of hype surrounding this game and both teams are going to leave everything they have on the field.
Take a look at the play for yourself:
Cook has made it clear that he plans to return to Michigan State next season, and plays like these make the Spartans very happy to hear that news. This game is going to be very fun to say the least, and this touchdown is the first of what should be quite a few.
