The turnout for Northwestern’s game against Michigan on Saturday showed Wildcats fans are less than thrilled to watch their school play the Wolverines with an empty student section
Apparently students at Northwestern had better things to do on Saturday afternoon than watch their Wildcats take on the Michigan Wolverines because the student section was practically empty just minutes prior to kickoff.

Seven minutes prior to kickoff the student section at Ryan Field was as deserted as the campus library on a Friday night and this has to be concerning for Northwestern, because it wasn’t even snowing or that cold today. Sure the temperature was in the 40’s and the Wildcats have lost three straight games, but come on out and support your school.

Northwestern is 3-5 overall this year, including a home win vs then No. 17 Wisconsin last month and despite all their struggles this year, it’s still a chance to see one of the best programs in the history of college football in Michigan. I mean, use this as your chance to say goodbye Wolverines head coach Brady Hoke who is likely playing out the string and out of a job at the end of the month.
