Boston Celtics fans are going to have to continue dealing with injuries to Rajon Rondo as he will miss this weekend’s game against the Chicago Bulls

When Rajon Rondo broke his hand earlier this offseason, there were a lot of Celtics fans upset about how it happened and that the superstar may be out for significant time to start the year. Rondo ended up rehabbing faster than we all thought, but he’s still not ready to get back into the action.

More from Boston Celtics

One of the matchups basketball fans were looking forward to this season was Rajon Rondo and Derrick Rose but that has been robbed from us all. With Derrick Rose hobbled by ankle injuries, Rondo has joined the injury party thanks to a screw in his left hand.

According to the Celtics official Twitter account, Rondo will not be traveling with the team to Chicago when they take on the Bulls this weekend.
