Eddie Lacy put the Green Bay Packers up 35-0 over the Chicago Bears with a 56-yard touchdown catch on NFL Sunday Night Football.
The Green Bay Packers were looking to come out and make a statement against the Chicago Bears, and they have done just that. Aaron Rodgers has done an excellent job all night long, and the Packers’ defense has been shutting out Jay Cutler and the Bears’ talented offense.

Eddie Lacy put the Packers up 35-0 on the Bears in the second quarter with a 56-yard touchdown off of a screen pass from Rodgers. Obviously the score says it all and there is no other need for any type of breakdown of this game. Green Bay come out with an excellent gameplan against Chicago, and they have executed that gameplan nearly perfectly with halftime closing in.
Take a look at the Lacy touchdown:
Green Bay looks headed to a 6-3 record, while the Bears are going to move to 3-6 with the loss assuming all of this stands. This is exactly the type of performance that the Bears didn’t need, and it will destroy any type of confidence that they could have had. The Packers are trying to make a run at the division, and this is a big step in the right direction.
