This Saturday saw a lot of crazy action in College Football and analyst Kirk Herbstreit has his top four locked in for another week.
The College Football Playoffs are already proving to be a controversial thing, as fans who find their team on the outside of the Top 4 rebel with angst while those on the inside prepare for what should be an exciting postseason.

ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit has revealed his top four teams after this Saturday’s college football action and his choices won’t please everyone. While Mississippi State has remained in the top spot, it’s who Herbstreit has on the outside looking in that will have and down south more than a little angry.
Latest top 4 after ALL games now finished.
— Kirk Herbstreit (@KirkHerbstreit) November 9, 2014
1. Mississippi St
2. FSU
3. TCU
4. Oregon
Next 2. Bama and Ohio State
Alabama beating LSU was seen by some as a more impressive victory than it’s getting credit for, but that’s not how everyone sees it. Oregon has drawn a lot of hate from a lot of people who dislike the Ducks so much that they find themselves sympathizing with Alabama — which says a lot right there.
There is still a lot of football left to be played, but the playoffs are starting to shape up and set themselves in stone which means there is dwindling hope for those on the outside looking in. These, of course, are just Herbstreit’s predictions and picks, but so far he’s been on point with getting the standings right.
