Pictures were taken of Rob Gronkowski tailgating in Texas at Saturday’s game between TCU and Kansas State.

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski enjoyed his bye week in the way you’d probably expect by now. He hit the tailgate for TCU vs Kansas State and of course pictures of the hulking tight end drinking, flirting and just generally having a good time surfaced.

Terez Owens had the scoop with more pictures here, but here’s a hilarious picture of Gronk being Gronk. The Pro Bowler flirting with the ladies is all well and good, but what really gets us is the cadre of ogling guys around Gronkowski. The kid standing directly behind Gronk looks like he’s just seen a ghost.

This of course is nothing new for Gronk, and he was probably there with the primary purpose of supporting his brother Glenn, who is a fullback for Kansas State.

Gronkowski and the Patriots will return from their bye week to play in Week 11 at the Indianapolis Colts. The Patriots currently sit atop the AFC at 7-2 thanks to a five-game winning streak that’s largely been fueled by Gronkowski returning to full health and asserting himself all year. At the relative midpoint of his 2014 season, Gronk has 49 catches for 663 yards and 8 receiving touchdowns.
