Fight Brews Between Ottawa Senators, Toronto Maple Leafs Fans (Video)
By Phil Watson
So when the Ottawa Senators hosted the Toronto Maple Leafs at Canadian Tire Centre in Kanata, Ontario, Sunday night, not all the action was on the ice.
Some folks went to a fight Sunday night in suburban Ottawa and a crowd at a hockey game broke out.
As the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators battled at Canadian Tire Centre, some of the best action was nowhere near the ice.
The amazing part of the incident was that there was a fight between people at a game with no actual punches ever being thrown.

Of course, there was the flying tackle over several rows of seats—that’ll definitely leave a mark.
It started as many of these incidents do—there was some jawing between fans decked out in Senators jerseys and fans wearing Leafs jerseys.
Then the truly criminal activity took place—someone poured an entire beer on another fan.
An entire beer? Seriously? Wasting that much beer could seriously be a criminal offense (or as they might say, offence) in Canada, but that’s pure speculation.
Considering that beer goes for $10 a pop, there had to be some serious provocation to empty it all over another fan instead of just, you know, drinking it.
