The Philadelphia Eagles have flexed their muscles during their Monday Night Football match up with the Carolina Panthers.
The Eagles took advantage of three Panthers’ turnovers, including two Cam Newton interceptions, one of which was returned 34 yards for a touchdown by Bradley Fletcher for a touchdown, to take a 31-7 lead into the half.
During the third third quarter, the Eagles took advantage of yet another Panthers’ miscue to take an even bigger lead. Brandon Graham and Connor Barwin combined to sack Newton and force a fumble, which was recovered by Vinny Curry. On the next play, Mark Sanchez found tight end Brent Celek for a 30-yard game just short of the end zone. One play later, LeSean McCoy scored from a yard out.
