Our friend Ian Levy (a.k.a. @hickoryhigh), who now runs our sister site, Nylon Calculus, used to have his own site called Hickory High. And on that site he started a project called 10 Word Recaps. The premise was simple: just recap whatever game you happened to watch in 10 words on Twitter dot com, then use the hashtag #10WordRecaps. In the morning, the recaps were collected and put together on his site as a fun way to review what happened the previous night across the association.
Now, we at Friendly Bounce are bringing Ian’s project back to life. At first it’s going to be just a couple nights a week thing, but if it’s working well we might expand it to a nightly occurrence. Just check out our Twitter at @FriendlyBounce to see if we’re doing 10 Word Recaps that night, and if we are, send them our way. If your recap is selected it will be featured here on Friendly Bounce dot com.
