The Alabama Crimson Tide rallied to defeat the LSU Tigers 20-13 in overtime on Saturday in what has become one of the best rivalries in
.
A lot of the talk after the game was about the Tide’s comeback and how the Tigers managed to seemingly give away despite holding a three-point lead in the final seconds. However, perhaps the most memorable moment came when LSU tight end Logan Stokes pulled down the pants of Alabama linebacker Reggie Ragland.
“I believe people have seen my butt more than I have,” Ragland told reporters on Monday. “I looked at him crazy like, come on man.”
Stokes did apologize to Ragland.
“Everybody thinks I intentionally tried to pants him, and I didn’t do that at all,” Stokes said via Jim Kleinpeter of NOLA.com and The New Orleans Times-Picayune. “If you watch the Florida game, the Kentucky game, there was a pile and I grabbed people in the exact same way and they were actually wearing a belt. When i pulled them off, i just yanked them back. He wasn’t wearing a belt so when I yanked his pants came down.”
Ragland has since joked about the incident and you can see that video below:
