Two window washers have become trapped on the side of on World Trade Center.
Rescue operations are underway as they try to get the two down without injury. The two are trapped in the scaffolding, which is hanging off of the side of the giant building, according to the Office of Emergency Management.
Emergency services have since responded and the New York Fire Department is on the scene for the rescue and it looks like they now appear to be cutting through the building in order to make their rescue. The scaffolding was lowered first to get a better angle for the window washers.
