Despite a 5-4 record and in the NFL playoff hunt, there is a reported rift between offensive coordinator Bill Lazor and his Miami Dolphins players
ProFootballTalk.com describes the relationship between offensive coordinator Bill Lazor and his Miami Dolphins offensive unit as “rocky”. Mind you this doesn’t even have anything to do with the Richie Incognito mess last season.

According to their report, NFL Media reporter Jeff Darlington has said that the Dolphins players don’t like Lazor’s style. The report also is quick to not place the blame on the relationship on Lazor.
Dolphins receiver Mike Wallace has complained about their offense. I think though if you are a 5-4 team in the hunt for a wild-card spot, you need as a team to figure this out now.
The Dolphins are coming off a tough last minute loss to the Detroit Lions last Sunday and have a huge NFC East rival matchup tonight against the Buffalo Bills, a team that has blown them out the last couple of times the teams have faced each other.
The Dolphins are 11th officially in the AFC Playoff Standings but in parity-packed conference, they are only one-half game behind number six seed 5-3-1 Cincinnati Bengals.
Sports Illustrated NFL analyst Andy Benoit for one is surprised there is any friction though between Lazor and his players given his nature.
"surprised about reports that Bill Lazor has rocky relationship with players. In coaching circles, Lazor viewed as one of nicest guys."

Whatever the issue, if there is even one to begin with, needs resolution now if the Dolphins want to make their move in the AFC.
