Christian Brothers University, like other D-II and D-III opponents that play teams like Memphis in the preseason, are used to prepare the more skilled teams who have higher levels of skill. But this was not the case Wednesday night.
Christian Brothers forward Sidy Sall scored 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in his squad’s victory. Teammate Trey Casey added 19 while Memphis struggled to shoot 22 percent from three point range and 64 percent from the free throw line.
