That’s not a surprise though, as Howard has always been a stylish guy. But the trick is how he fits into the suits, something that even the most stylish guys out there aren’t always able to do.
In an interview with Ask Men, Dwight Howard gave men everywhere the best tip possible to fitting into the suits that he loves so much — lay off the sugar.
"I just try not to have a lot of sugar in my system. I’ve had a really good chef for the last year and a half and even the last couple of chefs I’ve had, they’ve done a good job of making sure that my sugar intake is real low. If I have sugar for breakfast, whether that be fruit or some pancakes or French toast, they’ll make sure all of the meals for the rest of the day have no sugar in them. I try to take the sugar out of my diet. Sugar can cause fatigue and it can also build up on your joints. It can lead to those injuries where you’ve got nagging pain on those joints."
This isn’t anything that people don’t already know, but the hard part about cutting back on your sugar intake is being able to figure out how to do that.
It’s easy for Howard to stay fit playing basketball but this holiday season this sugar tip could help you start 2015 out in the most stylish and fit way you’ve ever started a year out.
