Miami Hurricanes tight end Clive Walford fumbled on his first catch Saturday night against the Florida State Seminoles, however, since then he’s been on fire.
This was no more evident than with what he did early in the second quarter against FSU.
After Miami had taken a commanding 16-0 lead, Florida State answered back with a touchdown of their own. Now you would think that maybe Miami would be a bit rattled.
Well, that wasn’t the case. The Canes answered right back with this 46-yard touchdown from freshman Brad Kaaya to Walford, resetting things on the scoreboard immediately.
Miami has come out on Saturday night and are trying to make a pretty big statement. So far, they are exceeding in that mission and the Seminoles look to be in serious trouble on the road in Miami.
There’s still a lot of football to be played, but the Florida State defense needs to get their act together or they’re going to keep getting beat up and down the field like this.
