A group of MLB All-Stars, currently playing in the Japan Series, were no-hit by four Japanese pitchers on Friday night.

Joey Nowak provides an update on how the MLB All-Starts have been faring on MLB.com:
"The MLB All-Stars have been outscored, 21-12, through four games — three losses to Samurai Japan, the country’s national team, and an 8-7 win in an exhibition against a team of players from the Hanshin Tigers and Yomiuri Giants."

The Japan Series might not have the same impact that it did in the days of, say, Stan Musial and the MLB trips to Japan of those days, but nevertheless, it is a chance for baseball fans to see MLB players with whom they are certainly familiar given the international flavor of today’s baseball. On Friday, they got to see those MLB players dominated by a great pitching performance.
