While it was announced by the NFL after Week 9, the fact that the Vikings-Bears game on Sunday afternoon is airing on CBS has confused just about everyone. TO be fair, it’s pretty unprecedented for this to happen, as it’s the first time that the Bears have played an NFC opponent on a game airing on CBS since the early 1990s.
It was announced a few weeks ago though, so it’s not that big of a surprise. Still, people everywhere were confused — and some flat out angry — that a remote had to be used to switch the television from FOX to CBS to catch a classic NFC matchup.
