Quarterbacks
Aaron Rodgers-Green Bay Packers
This is the second week in a row the Packers have hung 50 on their opponent, and the second straight week that Aaron Rodgers leads our QB performers. He didn’t throw for six touchdowns in the first half like last week, but he did throw for 341 yards and three touchdowns. He has multiple touchdown passes in every game except one since week three. If he’s your QB, keep enjoying the ride as the Pack head to Minnesota next week.
Jay Cutler-Chicago Bears
The much-maligned Bears QB had the second-best fantasy line of the day although he still committed two costly turnovers. He completed 31 of his 43 passes for 330 yards and three touchdowns while adding 21 yards on the ground.
Andy Dalton-Cincinnati Bengals
In a bounce back performance, Dalton was the only other QB to throw three touchdowns on the day finsihing with 220 yards passing with his three scores in the Bengals road win in New Orelans.
Russell Wilson-Seattle Seahawks
Wilson failed to throw for 200 yards for the fourth straight game, but he keeps saving his fantasy owners with his yardage on the ground. He ran for 71 yards against the Chiefs on Sunday while adding a pair of touchdown throws along with his 178 yards passing.
Josh McCown-Tampa Bay Buccaneers
McCown has looked solid in both his starts since coming back in for Mike Glennon in week 10. In Washington, he avoided interceptions while throwing for two touchdowns and 288 yards in Tampa’s road win.
Andrew Luck-Indianapolis Colts
Luck and Indianapolis were soundly defeated by New England last night, but the Colts QB turned in a solid stat line since he had to throw so much playing from behind. Luck finished with 303 yards passing and two touchdowns along with an interception while adding 15 yards on the ground as well.
Cam Newton-Carolina Panthers
Newton and the Panthers came close but fell short against Atlanta heading into their bye week. Cam still threw a pair of picks but also threw a pair of touchdowns on his way to 292 yards passing and adding 30 yards more on the ground. His fantasy day wasn’t bad, but the Panthers needed more from him.
Drew Stanton-Arizona Cardinals
Stepping in for Carson Palmer again, Stanton came up big for the Cardinals throwing for 306 yards and a pair of touchdowns as they beat the Lions 14-6. The Cardinals will win with their defense, but Stanton isn’t afraid to throw the deep ball that is the key to Bruce Arians pass-heavy attack.
