The Pittsburgh Steelers are taking on the Tennessee Titans on Monday night in a game that many expect the Steelers to win handily at home. Well with the first quarter just getting underway, it seems we might be headed for a blowout, thanks to William Gay, who continued his big year.
Gay has been one of the Steelers’ MVPs on defense this season so far, and he kept that trend up early Monday night and he did it at the expense of rookie Titans quarterback Zach Mettenberger.
On Tennessee’s first possession, Gay got a hold of a Mettenberger pass and took it right to the house for the six points, adding to their lead.
Well, Mettenberger, that’s alright, the veterans are gonna get ya like that every now and again, it’ll get easier. Or it won’t, you never know.
In all seriousness, though, Gay has been tremendous for this Steelers team all year long and he apparently has no intentions of letting up anytime soon in that regard.
