He is undoubtedly one of the biggest names that the WWE has ever seen, is well on his way to concurring the Hollywood scene, frequently stars on the WWE reality series Total Divas, and grants hundreds of wishes for young children as a part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Did we forget to mention that he still manages to find time in his busy schedule to spend time with his incredibly hot girlfriend Nikki Bella?
Now, it seems as if Cena has one more thing he can add to his expansive resume; a hilarious new commercial for Foot Locker.
In the new commercial, which you can see below, two men are discussing Foot Locker’s current promotion, the Week of Greatness. One man says to the other that he can hardly believe the sale is real. This is where John Cena comes in.
Cena explains that you don’t have to believe that something is real in order to enjoy it. This would be known as the suspension of disbelief. This is where things get funny.
The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion goes on to explain that even if it wasn’t real, and it still made them happy, that it would be totally ok. We all know that this is an obvious reference to the WWE, but when one of the men likens the situation to wrestling Cena fires back.
You can knock Cena all you want for his “five moves of doom” or the fact that he has been stuck with the same character for almost a decade, but there is no denying that he is a master of delivery.
Along with The Rock, Cena is one of the best WWE Superstars to ever pick up a mic and whether you love him or hate him, he always elicits a response.
