The New York Giants are not a good football team this year, but for some reason Eli Manning jerseys continue to fly off the shelf.
Eli Manning threw five interceptions against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11 which brought his total on the season to 11. He still has a 18-11 TD to INT ratio but it’s when he throws his interceptions that makes them so devastating.

Despite this, Eli Manning’s jersey sales are not on the decline, in fact they’re on the upswing, at least according to DICK’s Jersey Report.
When it comes to overall sales this past week, Eli Manning isn’t just in the Top 10, he’s nearly cracking the Top 5 in overall sales. That’s incredible to fathom considering he’s quarterbacking a 3-7 football team that is showing now signs of playoff life. Still, Manning is the most recognizable face in New York at the moment — even including the Jets — which is why he’s in the Top 10 this week.

He’s dominating the jersey sales, covering almost half of all sales among the 53 man roster. Compared to his brother Peyton, Eli has held his own at certain times this season. He never surpassed him but he matched Peyton on a few occasions this season.

Eli will never be better than Peyton Manning and he’s hardly ever going to be considered on the same playing field. But the Manning name is football royalty and that’s seen in the impressive jersey sales for one brother who isn’t showing elite status on the field even if that’s the case in sales off it.
